Our Mission
Sopsees is a mobile app built by Inscriptures® – a startup devoted to bring instructions to life. But we’re not just software engineers. Our background is in clinical research – and we provide a full-scale service to clean up human error diluting the efficacy and quality of your clinical trials. SOPs aren’t simple to follow. We start there and empower your team.
Our mission is to end the replication crisis. To eliminate human error. To marry words with actions, so clinical research efficacy can only be sourced to the science, not the error. To enable consistent, clear, orchestrated action that empowers individuals while harmonizing your drug-to-market execution. Our mission is to make you thrive.

Our Story
Sopsees’ mission may be ambitious. But, our story is grounded. We’re family. Literally.
Patented, founded, and run by two brothers with published experiences in: clinical research, neuroscience, cybersecurity, computer science, Silicon Valley product launches, and wet lab methods – Sopsees is the product of frustration and love.
- We’re frustrated by how much needless waste and turnover destroys research efficacy.
- We love enabling PIs, CRCs, and trial managers to take unprecedented strides towards healing people.
Our Vision
Imagine clinical trials where everyone has a photographic memory. Except you don’t have to. You have yours in your pocket.
The Sopsees vision is to apply technology we already own to buffer the inevitability of human error. We want clinical trials to breathe life into the mundane: SOPs. Our vision is not for research to serve tech, but for tech to serve research – who specialize to consistently serve a greater purpose.
While consistency is key for clinical research, we want to free the individual to understand the “why” behind the “what”: so they can improve and innovate upon research methods.

Our Experience
We marry neuroscience, computer science, and nescience. We speak science, pharma, and human.
Our greatest qualification is our speed to learn – to empathize with clinical research associates having to follow SOPs. We’ve created software for clinical trials and travelled to 16 major cities across 12 states over 5 years to test Sopsees technology with hundreds of experts – CROs, sponsors, sites, pharma companies, major hospitals, and associates alike.
Applying generative research, usability studies, wet lab research, QC, and GCP understanding – we’ve diagnosed and tested how to streamline lab improvements: enough to warrant a patent. See how we can meet your needs.
Our Collaborations
We’ve been blessed to collaborate with the best of the best: the Harvard Medical School Neurodiscovery Center, the National Science Foundation, the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and Stanford Health Care – to name a few.
We are NSF-funded, and are on a mission to end how-to confusion in clinical research. We’ve partnered with both industry and Academia research leaders alike to apply technology to address the core behavioral issues generating human error.

Our Commitment
We don’t just make software. We serve your lab’s needs. Sopsees is synonymous with value – which is at the core of our every interaction. Quality control isn’t just something Sopsees will empower, but part of our own operating model.
Behind every relationship is trust, and we strive to earn yours. People always come before our products. This starts with every human interaction and seeps into every aspect of our technology. Please call out our many imperfections, and we will strive to bring more value.
We love your feedback, which iterates our own ability to serve you. We are ever listening and ever doing – an organization dedicated to make your site’s worst days be behind you.
Your Success
Enough about us. Tell us about you. Our success is your success. Be our next site, sponsor, or contract research organization we visit. Whether you are a CRA, CTM, CPM, CRC, or C3PO – we’d be thrilled to talk to you. It’s free, and we’re real.
What are your goals? What operating pain points can we address? How can we improve your clinical trial efficiency, data accuracy, client satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, time-to-market, innovation, patient safety, flexibility, and overall impact.
How can we make your organization the best in the business?
